What began as short appearances soon grew into a true passion, leading her to take on supporting roles in Korean films and dramas. In 2023, she landed the lead role in the Iranian-Dutch film That Afternoon, marking a major milestone in her international acting career.

FILM & TV

Her passion for the arts began in her teenage years, when she started modeling in Iran. After moving to South Korea, she pursued modeling professionally, working with various brands and production teams. Her natural stage presence and communication skills soon led her to television, where she worked as a presenter and showcased her charisma and versatility.

SNPE

Hoda Niku has also built a strong reputation in the health and wellness field. For several years, she personally practiced SNPE (Self Natural Posture Exercise) and experienced remarkable improvements in her posture, flexibility, and overall physical well-being. The positive impact was so significant that she decided to deepen her knowledge and undergo formal training, eventually becoming a certified SNPE instructor. Her goal is to share the benefits of this method with others, helping them improve their posture, relieve chronic pain, and enhance their quality of life.

What is SNPE?

SNPE, short for Self Natural Posture Exercise, is a posture correction and body alignment system developed in South Korea. It combines elements of stretching, strengthening, and self-therapy to naturally restore the body’s optimal alignment. Unlike conventional workouts, SNPE focuses on releasing tension, rebalancing the spine and pelvis, and correcting imbalances caused by daily habits such as sitting for long hours or poor posture. The exercises are low-impact yet highly effective, making them suitable for people of all ages—from office workers to athletes. Practicing SNPE regularly can improve spinal health, enhance mobility, and reduce the risk of posture-related discomfort or injury.
